Service
Private online language classes on Zoom, 60 minutes long (the trial class lasts 30 minutes and is free, one per person).
Booking and payment
Classes must be booked at least 1 hour in advance and are paid online when booking. A class is confirmed once payment is complete. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel from "My classes" up to 3 hours before the start and reschedule once to any available time. With less than 3 hours, online cancellation isn't possible; contact the teacher. Cancelling a rescheduled class means the class is lost.
Refunds
There are no refunds. Instead, one free reschedule is offered under the rules above.
Conduct
Punctuality and respect are expected. If the teacher can't give a class, it is rescheduled at no cost.
